This is a pair of high-quality cut lead crystal whisky tumblers or ‘rummers’ from the ‘Blenheim’ suite by Stuart Crystal.
Each glass is approximately cylindrical with a thickened base. The body is cut with a lattice formed from three rows of cross-cut diamonds. At the base of this lattice, each peak and trough is cut with a vertical wedge cut that extends downwards. The base of each glass is star cut and marked at the edge with the word ‘STUART’.
In addition, the glasses come in their original satin-lined Stuart Crystal presentation box, which still has the original white card slip around it with the details of the contents.
Each glass has a height of approximately 8.1cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 8.0cm and across the base of about 7.1cm.
Each glass has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 200ml.
They have an unwrapped weight of 810g.
They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
