Can I sell to you?

As of 2024 and owing to a considerable back catalogue of items, I am not looking to acquire any additional stock from individuals.

Can you value my items?

Legacy Antiques and Collectibles Ltd does not offer a valuation or identification service.

Can I visit your shop?

Legacy Antiques and Collectibles Ltd trades exclusively online, and therefore does not have a ‘bricks and mortar’ shop to visit. It is possible that you may view a specific item prior to purchasing, but there is nowhere to ‘browse’ the stock. All viewing is via appointment only.

What are the delivery costs?

All items are offered with free UK delivery. Shipping for items going internationally is calculated at the checkout.

When will I receive my order?

For UK deliveries, items should arrive within 3 working days of dispatch. European deliveries are estimated at 3-5 working days, and Rest of World deliveries are around 5-7 working days from dispatch. These times will vary depending on the time of year.

What is the returns policy?

We offer a fourteen (14) day ‘no quibble’ returns policy.

Hello Legacy Antiques,Thank you so much for delivering the pair of beautiful Dartington port glasses.They were exactly what we were looking for.We were so very impressed with the secure packaging.It was quite clear that someone fashioned the shape of the tube by hand, marked out with a pen to cut each circle of the stiff foam for inside to protect the glasses.Then the cardboard circles had leaves cut on outer edges (like you do in dressmaking) so as to fold over to fit the ends of the tube from the inside - all taped down securely.Such attention to the details ensured that the glasses would withstand the rigours of transport and arrive safely.We thought the package would not break even if a baby elephant sat on it!Well done to the person(s) who processed the order and the admin team for all communications of the progress until delivery.We feel quite confident in purchasing from you again.

By sheer good fortune I came across Legacy Antiques and Collectibles while looking for whisky glasses as part of a special birthday gift. Rebecca, who is the Founder, responded swiftly to my query about two Wedgwood crystal glasses and, when they arrived securely wrapped in all-sustainable packaging, they exceeded my expectations. I needed two Compleat Imbiber wine glasses. Rebecca checked carefully with me regarding dimensions. The glasses were described as used but when they arrived they looked perfect. I then enquired about two more and they too were supplied, perfect as before, beautifully and securely packed and speedily delivered. Truly excellent service.

Having tried to locate an Ingrid Glashute waisted vase to add to a collection, I managed to locate one from Legacy Antiques & Collectibles via a web search. Within a couple of days I took delivery of an accurately described, flawless example at a competitive price.
