This is a charming example of a lampwork snake figure, possibly attributable to either Bimini of Austria or the Lauscha region of Germany.
The piece is hollow and made from thin, clear glass with white stripes throughout. The tail is curled around to allow the piece to sit up.
The mouth is open, and there are two applied glass eyes in dark purple.
It has a maximum height of approximately 19.5cm.
It has an unwrapped weight of 30g.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
