This is a high-quality cut lead crystal ‘rummer’ or whisky tumbler from the ‘Monaco’ suite produced by Stuart Crystal.
The tumbler is approximately cylindrical in shape, tapering in towards the thickened, star-cut base. The latter is unmarked. The body is cut with a band alternating long and short wedge cuts.
The glass comes in the original Stuart Crystal blue cardboard box.
It has a height of approximately 9.0cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 8.4cm and across the base of about 6.2cm.
It has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 225ml.
It has an unwrapped weight of 450g.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
