This is a fine example of a candle holder from the ‘Brancaster’ range designed by Ronald Stennett-Willson for Wedgwood Glass.
The upper part is short and cylindrical in shape. The stem is hollow and straight and terminates in a broad, flat foot. It is marked off-centre with the words ‘WEDGWOOD ENGLAND’.
It has a height of approximately 20.2cm, with a diameter across the rim of 6.8cm and across the foot of about 8.2cm.
This is the medium-sized candle holder from the range and has the pattern number RSW15/2. It is in the topaz colourway.
It has an unwrapped weight of 230g.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
