This is a pair of high-quality cut lead crystal whisky tumblers from the ‘Brodick’ suite produced by Edinburgh Crystal.
The body is cylindrical in shape with a thickened base. The latter is marked on the underside with the words ‘EDINBURGH CRYSTAL’. The body is cut with a complex lattice formation that is interspersed above and below with eight vertical wedge cuts.
Each glass has a height of approximately 8.4cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 8.2cm and across the base of about 7.4cm.
They each have a liquid capacity (to the brim) of about 260ml.
They have an unwrapped weight of about 680g.
They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
