Liskeard Glass Paperweight with Abstract Blue Orange and Yellow Design

This is a nice example of an unusual glass paperweight produced by Liskeard Glass of Cornwall, England.

The paperweight is of solid, globular form, with an abstract limbed design formed from dark and light blue, orange, yellow and red glass.

The base is impressed with the circular mark containing the letters ‘L’ and ‘G’ for Liskeard Glass.

It has a maximum height of approximately 7.0cm.

It has an unwrapped weight of 600g.

It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, although there are some fine scratches to the base and a couple on the body commensurate with age and use.
