Pair of Tudor Crystal ‘Burleigh’ Design Lead Crystal Sherry Glasses

This is a pair of high-quality cut lead crystal sherry glasses from the ‘Burleigh’ suite by Tudor Crystal.

The rounded bowl is cut with a lattice formed from three rows of interlocking crosses. Each cross on the uppermost row is surmounted by a lens cut. The bowl sits on a broad discoid collar; the short stem has a low flattened globular knop. The foot is star cut and marked at the edge with the words ‘TUDOR MADE IN ENGLAND’.

Each glass has a height of approximately 10.4cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 5.6cm and across the foot of about 5.5cm. There are minor discrepancies in their dimensions due to their handmade nature.

Each glass has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 85ml.

They have an unwrapped weight of 260g.

They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
