This is a classic example of a pub ale glass dating to about 1890.
The capacious bowl is vertically ribbed in its lower half. The hollow-blown stem widens out where it meets the plain, flat foot. The latter has a central Y-shaped tool mark.
It has a height of approximately 13.8cm, with a diameter at the rim of about 7.3cm and across the foot of about 6.1cm.
It has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 175ml.
It has an unwrapped weight of 130g.
It is in good condition, with no chips or cracks, although there are some wear and tear scratches commensurate with age.
