This is a high-quality lead crystal wine glass from the ‘J Series’ imported by John Jenkins.
The wine glass has a capacious, cylindrical bowl with a thickened base. This tapers in to meet a solid ball knop, which forms the stem. Below this, it flares out to create a domed foot, which is plain and unmarked.
It has a height of approximately 15.1cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 8.4cm and across the foot of about 8.6cm. I believe this may be the ‘J4’ sized glass from the ‘J Series’, which is supposed to hold 9oz. If matching to your existing set then please check the dimensions carefully.
It has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 330ml.
It has an unwrapped weight of 330g.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
