This is a charming example of a handmade glass ornament designed by Robert Stennett-Willson and Paul Miller for Wedgwood Glass.
The piece is made from pink glass which has been crimped to form a beak, eyes, and a short tail.
The underside is polished flat and marked with ‘WEDGWOOD ENGLAND’.
It has a maximum height of approximately 6.7cm.
It has an unwrapped weight of 420g.
It is in good condition, with no chips or cracks, although there are two minor scuff marks on the left side of the bird, as well as some wear and tear scratches on the base. This wear is only visible on close inspection but is reflected in the price.
