This is a set of four charming soda glass (non-lead) liqueur glasses dating to the early 20th century.
The bowl is approximately thistle-shaped, with a conical upper portion, tapering into the flattened discoid base. The bowl merges with the plain, straight stem, which in turn sits on a plain, discoid foot. The latter is polished flat, and some bear the remains of a linear tool mark in the centre.
Each glass has a height of approximately 10.5cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 5.0cm and across the foot of about 5.2cm.
Each glass has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 52ml.
They have an unwrapped weight of 270g.
They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. One glass has a burst bubble on the base of the bowl, but this is a manufacturing artefact.
