This is an attractive ceramic posy holder or decorative bowl produced by Blue Mountain Pottery of Ontario, Canada.
The bowl is in the form of a stylised swan. The interior is hollow. It is decorated all over with a mottled and streaked green glaze. It is moulded on the base with the word ‘CANADA’ and the three trees logo. This ‘Three Tree’ mark was designed by Chris Yaneff in 1967 and was in use until 1976.
It has a height of approximately 14.5cm, with a length of about 18.0cm and a width of about 14.0cm.
It has an unwrapped weight of 610g.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
