Pair of Royal Doulton Crystal ‘Lunar’ Design Flute Champagne Glasses

This is a pair of high-quality lead crystal flute champagne glasses from the ‘Lunar’ suite produced by Royal Doulton Crystal.

The elongated trumpet-shaped bowl merges imperceptibly with the solid stem. The bowl and upper portion of the stem are decorated with an abstract motif consisting of lens cuts and linear wedge cuts in both standard and matte finishes.

The discoid foot is plain and marked at the edge with the Royal Doulton crowned lion’s head motif.

Each glass has a height of approximately 22.6cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 6.9cm and across the foot of about 7.3cm.

Each glass has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 150ml.

They have an unwrapped weight of 590g.

They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
