This is a classic lead crystal Irish coffee glass designed by Frank Thrower for Dartington Crystal.
The glass stands on a flat base with a short, thick stem and is cylindrical with an everted rim. The base bears the original Dartington gold sticker, which is indicative of ‘First’ quality. The handle is placed low down on the glass.
It has a height of approximately 13.9cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 6.2cm and across the foot of about 5.9cm.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
