Product Description

Details

This is a highly attractive and eye-catching brooch, probably dating to between the 1960s and 1970s.

The brooch is made in a gold-coloured metal (not hallmarked) and is made to form six angulated lobes with a scrolling pattern running through them. In the centre there is a large cut pink ‘stone’ (probably glass). The reverse has a horizontal pin fastening, which has been applied over the manufacturer’s name. This is therefore indiscernible.

It has a diameter of about 3.0cm. The ‘stone’ has a width of about 1.5cm.

It is in good condition, although there is a small sliver out of one of the facets of the stone. This is only noticeable on the closest of scrutiny, but this damage is reflected in the price.
