The piece is bucket shaped, tapering in towards the base. It is decorated with alternating black and white stripes of glaze over the terracotta body. The interior is sealed with a clear glazed. The base is unglazed and unmarked.
It has a height of approximately 9.9cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 10.7cm and across the base of about 6.0cm.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, although there is some roughness at the rim where the glazed has been skimmed off.
