This is a stunning, high quality lead crystal bowl, probably Scandinavian in origin and dating to the latter part of the 20th century.
The bowl is rounded and made from flint lead crystal. The base is polished flat and unmarked. The exterior of the bowl is engraved with a ring of six stylised acorns with a single oak leaf attached to each one. Three alternate motifs are highlighted with small engraved dots; the other three alternating motifs are not.
It has a height of approximately 6.6cm and a diameter across the rim of about 17.5cm.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
