Retro Midwinter 'Creation' Design Ceramic Cup and Saucer Set

This is a high-quality cup and saucer set from the 'Creation' range by Midwinter.
The cup is broadly cylindrical with a small circular handle. The rim has a thickened ‘lip’. The saucer has a raised edge and a cup ring. The glaze is a stone colour, speckled with brown. This same brown glaze has been stippled around the rim. These pieces are from a range of shapes called 'Stonehenge'.
The cup is impressed on the underside with the words ‘MIDWINTER ENGLAND’. The underside of the saucer is transfer printed in grey with the words ‘STONEHENGE MIDWINTER MADE IN ENGLAND’.
The cup has a height of approximately 6.5cm and a diameter across the rim of about 9.0cm. The saucer has a diameter across the rim of about 15.7cm.
They are in good condition, with no chips or cracks, although there is some minor scratching to the glaze which is reflected in the price.
