This is a nice example of a Scandinavian art glass bird figure dating to the latter part of the 20th century.
The owl has been moulded from flint lead crystal, with the base and eyes having been polished to give a matte effect.
The base bears the original gold and blue sticker that reads ‘REIJMYRE KRISTALL 1810 R SWEDEN’.
It has a maximum height of approximately 8.7cm.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
