Pair of Dartington Crystal ‘Regency’ Design Wine Goblets FT118 in Original Box

This is a pair of high-quality lead crystal wine goblets from the sought-after ‘Regency’ suite, designed by Frank Thrower for Dartington Crystal.

Each glass has a capacious, bell-shaped bowl. There is a broad discoid collar at the junction of the bowl and the solid, cylindrical stem. There is a further globular attachment at the junction of the stem and the plain, flat foot. The latter is unmarked.

The glasses come in their original cardboard box, which is worn around the edges.

Each glass has a height of approximately 13.6cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 9.3cm and across the foot of about 8.5cm.

Each glass has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 355ml.

They have an unwrapped weight (including the box) of 840g.

They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, although as previously mentioned the box is worn around the edges.
