Pair of Dartington Crystal ‘Regency’ Design Wine Glasses FT118

This is a pair of high-quality lead crystal wine glasses from the sought-after ‘Regency’ suite, designed by Frank Thrower for Dartington Crystal.

Each glass has a capacious, bell-shaped bowl. There is a broad discoid collar at the junction of the bowl and the solid, cylindrical stem. There is a further globular attachment at the junction of the stem and the plain, flat foot. The latter is unmarked.

Each glass has a height of approximately 12.6cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 9.2cm and across the foot of about 8.3cm.

Please note: these glasses are the second largest size in the series and are called ‘wine glasses’ in the Dartington Glass catalogue.

Each glass has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 300ml.

They have an unwrapped weight of 670g.

They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
