Pair of Dartington Crystal ‘Inga’ Design Sherry or Port Glasses FT54/2

This is a pair of high-quality lead crystal sherry or port glasses from the ‘Inga’ suite, designed by Frank Thrower for Dartington Crystal.

The bowl is tulip-shaped, tapering in again to merge with the solid cylindrical stem. There is a globular collar at the junction of the stem and the plain, flat foot. The latter is plain and unmarked.

Each glass has a height of approximately 11.6cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 3.7cm and across the foot of about 4.4cm.

Each glass has a liquid capacity (to the brim) of 70ml.

They have an unwrapped weight of 120g.

They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
