Pair of Webb Continental 'Oxford' Design Lead Crystal Hock Wine Glasses
For a full product description, see below.
This is a pair of high-quality, cut lead crystal hock wine glasses from the 'Oxford' suite produced by Webb Continental.
The capacious rounded bowl is cut with six horizontal diamond-shaped panels, the lower limbs of which cross over to form a small cross. Within the diamond-shaped panel is an eight-pointed star cut, with elongated horizontal limbs. Where adjacent panels meet there is a three-pointed fan. Below this is a small cross cut.
The bowl merges with the elongated baluster-shaped stem and plain, flat foot. The latter is broad and unmarked.
Each glass has a height of approximately 18.3cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 6.5cm and across the foot of about 7.9cm.
They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
