Pair of Late Victorian Bucket Bowled Knopped Small Wine Glasses
For a full product description, see below.
This is a pair of high quality wine glasses in an early 19th century style but dating to between 1890 and 1900.
The bucket shaped bowl has a thickened base and merges with the cylindrical stem. The latter has a central discoid knop. The stem merges with the plain, flat foot; this has been polished flat.
Each glass has a height of approximately 9.6cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 5.9cm and across the foot of about 5.7cm. There may be minor discrepancies in the dimensions due to the handmade nature of the glasses.
They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
