Pair of Dartington Crystal ‘Spark’ Design Small Wine Glasses ST2175/1/P in Original Box
For a full product description, see below.
This is a stylish pair of small wine glasses from the ‘Spark’ range produced by Dartington Crystal.
The capacious trumpet-shaped bowl merges imperceptibly with the solid, cylindrical stem. The base of the bowl has an applied blob of glass that is pulled to form a spiral trail around the stem. This terminates at the junction of the stem and the plain, flat foot. The latter is marked on the edge with ‘© DARTINGTON’.
They come in their original white Dartington box, although this has some marks and wear from use.
Each glass has a height of approximately 18.5cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 8.0cm and across the foot of about 7.1cm. There may be minor discrepancies in the dimensions and conformation of pairs of glasses due to their handmade nature.
According to the 2006 Dartington Crystal catalogue, each glass has a liquid capacity of 20cl.
They have an unwrapped weight of 410g.
They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
