Pair of Cristal d’Arques 24% Lead Crystal Small Wine Glasses

This is a pair of very good quality French moulded lead crystal wine glasses. The rounded bowl is cut with a series of six broad panels that have curved upper and lower margins. At the base of the bowl the stem is approximately hexagonal in section with an upper waisted part above two rows of cut pyramids. Below this the stem is hexagonally faceted, widening out as it approaches the foot. The latter is plain and unmarked. Each glass has a height of approximately 14.3cm, with a diameter at the rim of about 6.5cm and across the foot of about 6.3cm. They are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
