Late Georgian Ringed Lead Crystal Wine Glass Rinser or Cooler

This is a high-quality lead crystal wine glass rinser or cooler, probably dating to between 1830 and 1840.
The rounded bowl has two pouring spouts at the rim on opposite sides of the bowl. There is a band of four separately applied rings around the centre. The base has a polished pontil that is slightly off-centre.
It has a height of approximately 8.0cm and a diameter across the rim of about 12.4cm.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, although there are a few wear and tear scratches to the bowl and base.
