Large Ripple Lead Crystal Flower Bowl or Vase probably Dartington Crystal

This is a high-quality lead crystal flower bowl, probably British in origin and possibly attributable to Dartington Crystal.
The bowl has a capacious hemispherical upper portion, which tapers in and merges with the flared base. The latter is thickened and unmarked. The bowl is moulded with a vertically ribbed pattern, often referred to as ‘optic’.
The bowl has a height of approximately 16.1cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 19.5cm and across the base of about 8.2cm.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
