Cristal d’Arques Urn and Wreath Etched Brandy Glass

This is a highly attractive French lead crystal brandy glass by Cristal d’Arques. The balloon shaped bowl is machine etched with four stylised urns that are joined together with bands of stylised leaf cutting bordered above and below by scrolls. Below this is a swag of stylised leaves with a central wreath; this contains a stylised flower. Below the centre of each urn are four stylised leaves that diminish in size as they approach the base of the bowl. The stem has a central ball knop that has a moulded scalloped finish. The foot is plain and unmarked. It has a height of approximately 13.0cm, with a diameter at the rim of about 5.6cm and across the foot of about 6.6cm. It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
