Chance Glass Queen Elizabeth II Coronation Tumbler in Powder Blue
For a full product description, see below.

This is a highly attractive commemorative tumbler, produced by Chance Glass and probably supplied by Johnson, Matthey Ltd.
The tumbler is approximately cylindrical, tapering in towards the base. It is made from flint glass that has been sprayed with a layer of powder blue ceramic. The rim is gilded and there is a transfer print on one side with the crest above a banner that reads ‘CORONATION OF QUEEN ELIZABETH II JUNE 2ND 1953’. The base is plain and is moulded with the words ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’.
There were two sizes made – a half pint and a pint tumbler. This is the half pint version.
It has a height of approximately 12.3cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 7.4cm and across the base of about 5.7cm.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
