Bohemia Glass Sapphire Blue Bud Vase with Enclosed Bubble

This is a good example of an art glass bud vase by Bohemia Glass and dating to the 1970s. The vase has a thick cylindrical base in which is enclosed a large discoid bubble. Above this the vase is elongated and tapers in towards the rim. It has a height of approximately 22.2cm, with a diameter across the rim of about 2.2cm and across the base of about 4.8cm. It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, although there are a few wear and tear scratches to the base commensurate with the age of the piece.
